Meal 3: A cup of milk.

Meal 5: A bowl of sprout salad.
Meal 6: Fish or chicken or soy-abeans with boiled vegetables.

ly morning cardio on an empty stomach for 20 minutes every day. On your weight training days, 15 minutes of cardio should be done after weight training. Your routine should include at least 30 minutes of weight training thrice a week. This will help you lose the stub­born fat immediately.
