Parag Milk Foods on Tuesday raised Rs 342.86 crore from anchor investors by allotting 1.51 crore shares to them at Rs 227 a share.
Anchor investors include Nomura, Morgan Stanley, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Tata MF, Neuberger Berman, and Quantum, among others.
The issue opens for public subscription from Wednesday and ends on May 6. The company has fixed a price band of Rs 220-227 a share and offers a discount of up to Rs 12 on the issue price to all eligible retail investors and employees. While Abu Dhabi Investment Authority picked up 14.24 lakh shares and Government Pension Fund Global 14.21 lakh shares, Alberta Teachers Retirement Fund Board lapped up 3.16 lakh shares.
The dairy firm plans to raise Rs 750 crore through the IPO.
